How do I book ?
Please contact us to check if the date you require is available (most important) !
Please then complete the online booking form and pay your deposit - or give Julie a call on 07871 070906.
The deposit is to secure your booking and is refundable once our equipment is collected and we’ve seen that it’s undamaged and in a reusable condition. We’ll then return your deposit by the same payment method you initially paid it.
Our hire deposit rates are set out as below:
Bouncy Castle hire cost is £ £80.00 per day (daylight only hours if outside), and a £50.00 deposit is required.
Failure to pay the required deposit on time after a booking confirmation by us will potentially leave the chosen date and time as available and vacant for hire.
Please note that delivery and collection is free within a 20 mile radius of MK16 postcodes. Delivery & collection outside this area will be charged at 50p per mile. Please check mileage from MK16 (Newport Pagnell) before booking.
Full payment is due ONE WEEK before the confirmed hire date. A payment receipt will be provided in addition to the deposit receipt. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, PayPal, or PayPal guest by using a Debit/Credit Card. Our banking details are on the booking form page. (Please confirm payment).

How long can I hire the equipment for?
We hire the bouncy castle for up to 1 day (daylight hours only), and this does not include our setup and takedown times. If you’d like longer that’s fine, please contact us first.
How much room do I need?
Please make sure there is appropriate room for the bouncy castle. It is 17’w x 12’d x 17’h in size and your need to allow an extra 6’ at the rear for the pump, plus some extra space for the RH slide exit. Please note that the bouncy castle can only be located on a soft grassed/lawn area free from thorns, stones, and any sharp objects.
Please ensure that there will be adequate parking and easy access at the time that we will deliver.
We can’t deliver to any upstairs venues unfortunately.
Are there any rules for the bouncy castle?
Yes, it’s hugely expensive to buy & maintain so we want to keep it looking as nice as possible, and obviously it needs to be clean and damage free, and most importantly, we don’t want anybody getting hurt!
So…
*Please limit use to under 14 years of age for sensible and supervised children.
*Please remove any shoes before play.
*Please don’t allow any food, sweets, drinks, or chewing gum near or on the soft play equipment.
*No smoking or vaping on or near the equipment.
*Please don’t use face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers, or silly string near the Soft Play as they can stain the vinyl covering.
However - It’s all about having loads of fun!……That’s the most important rule!
*Because of our British weather we only allow the bouncy castle outside between May and September. If it starts to rain please cover the blower unit and disconnect from any power source. Please read or Terms & Conditions in case of this event.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to everywhere within a 20 mile radius of Newport Pagnell, MK, for free. After that we charge an additional 50p per mile.

Simply Soft Play MK is covered by Public Liability Insurance, and a copy of this insurance is available upon request.
